Appointments:
To make an appointment, please tell our
receptionist the nature of the problem. This will
help her schedule the right amount of time for
your visit. Of course, your conversations with
our staff are always confidential.
If you must cancel an
appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.
We'll be happy to re-schedule your appointment
for a time that is more convenient for you.
For
urgent problems,
try to call us as early as possible after 9 am.
We will make every effort to work you in quickly,
with proper respect for our previously scheduled
patients. Emergencies will, of course, be
promptly seen.
Delays
- We try our best to
stay on schedule, but because of the nature of
our practice, we are sometimes called away from
the office. We will make every effort to contact
you if a delay can be foreseen and arranged to
re-schedule your appointment.
