Appointments:
To make an appointment, please tell our
receptionist the nature of the problem. This will
help them schedule the right amount of time for
your visit. New patients please pre-register online
via the Patient Portal. Remember to bring your photo
ID and current health insurance card.
If you are unable to make
your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours
in advance to cancel. We'll be happy to reschedule
your appointment for a time that is more convenient
for you.
On the day of your appointment,
if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment,
we will reschedule your appointment to another time.
For
urgent problems,
try to call us as early as possible after 9 am.
We will make every effort to work you in quickly,
with proper respect for our previously scheduled
patients. Emergencies will, of course, be
promptly seen.
Delays
- We try our best to
stay on schedule, but because of the nature of
our practice, we are sometimes called away from
the office. We will make every effort to contact
you if a delay can be foreseen and arranged to
reschedule your appointment.
